We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days of your order date. Based on the criteria below, we will refund the full price of the item in question, excluding postage and processing fees.

All products are made-to-order using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, certain circumstances fall outside of our control. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer

Low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer

Design errors introduced during the creation process

Incorrect selections such as product type, size, or color

We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully before placing your order. To keep costs low and pass the savings on to our customers, we do not review or proof customer-created designs prior to production.
